Maybe I am dealing with cancer

 About a year and a half ago, I noticed a hard tumor resembling a
grape below my left earlobe. Over time, it multiplied, first into two, then three smaller tumors that eventually merged into a larger mass. This tumor has grown to approximately 2 inches in length and half an inch in width. Recently, I've even noticed another small grape-like tumor forming beneath the larger one.

 

My eldest daughter is studying at Sylhet Medical College. Around a year ago, I sought medical attention from her and the professionals at Sylhet Medical College. They conducted various tests, and the doctor recommended a biopsy. However, I am hesitant to undergo this procedure.

 

If the tumor turns out to be benign, there's no reason for concern. But if it contains cancer cells, I fear that the cancer may progress rapidly following surgery.

 

Our neighbor, Najma, was about seven years younger than me. Sadly, he passed away about a month ago after battling cancer for approximately 3-4 years. Doctors in India, where he sought treatment, advised against surgery, as it seemed to have accelerated the spread of cancer throughout his body. His once-healthy head of hair was replaced by baldness, and he endured various therapies and suffering. Eventually, he reached a point where there was nothing left to do but hope for a peaceful end. Despite spending 70-80 lakh rupees on treatments, his life could not be saved.

 

It serves as a stark reminder that no one has the power to conquer death.

হয়তো আমার ক্যান্সার।

হয়তো আমার ক্যান্সার।  

দেড় বছর আগে আমার  বাম কানের লতির নীচে আঙুরের মতো একটি শক্ত টিউমার দেখা যায়।  কিছুদিন পর দুটো তারপর তিনটে। তারপর তিনটে টিউমার ই মিলে  মিশে একটি বড়ো টিউমারের রূপ নেয়। টিউমার টি এখন প্রায় ২ ইঞ্চি লম্বা আর হাফ ইঞ্চি চওড়া।  এখন বড়ো টিউমারের নীচে আরো একটি ছোট আঙুরের দানার  মতো টিউমার দেখা যাচ্ছে।  

আমার বড় মেয়ে সিলেট মেডিকেলে পড়ে।  প্রায় এক বছর আগে আমার বড়  মেয়ের কাছে যেয়ে , সিলেট মেডিকেল কলেজ থেকে treatment করাই।  বিভিন্ন টেস্ট করাই।  ডাক্তার Biospy করার সাজেশন দেন।  কিন্তু আমার Biospy করার কোনো ইচ্ছে নেই।  

যদি টিউমারে ক্যান্সারের জীবাণু না থাকে , তবে তো কোনো ভয় নেই।  কিন্তু যদি ক্যান্সারের জীবাণু থাকে তবে তো oparation এর পর ক্যান্সার দ্রুত বাড়তে থাকবে।  

আমাদের প্রতিবেশী নাজমা আমার চেয়ে প্রায় ৭ বছরের ছোট।  প্রায় ৩-৪ বছর ক্যান্সারের কষ্ট সহ্য করে এক মাস আগে পৃথিবী থেকে বিদায় নিয়েছে।  ইন্ডিয়াতে নেয়ার পর ওখানকার ডাক্তাররা বলেছেন , " অপারেশন করেছেন কেন ? অপারেশনের ফলে ক্যান্সার অতি দ্রুত সমস্ত শরীরে ছড়িয়ে গেছে।  

বিশাল লম্বা লম্বা চুল সব পড়ে মাথা টাক হয়ে গেছে। বিভিন্ন থেরাপি নিতে নিতে , কষ্ট ভোগ করতে করতে এক পর্যায়ে মৃত্যু কামনা করা ছাড়া আর কিছুই করার থাকে না।   ৭০-৮০ লক্ষ টাকা খরচ করেছে , তাও বাঁচাতে পারেনি।  

মৃত্যুকে জয় করার ক্ষমতা কারোরই নেই।

Allah's Apostle enjoined the payment of one Sa' of dates or one Sa' of barley as Zakat-ul-Fitr on every Muslim slave or free, male or female, young or old, and he ordered that it be paid before the people went out to offer the 'Id prayer. (One Sa' = 3 Kilograms approx.)

Allah's Apostle made it incumbent on all the slave or free Muslims, male or female, to pay one Sa' of dates or barley as Zakat-ul-Fitr.

I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft."

Narrated 'Abdullah:

Allah's Apostle said, "Anyone who dies worshipping others along with Allah will definitely enter the Fire." I said, "Anyone who dies worshipping none along with Allah will definitely enter Paradise."

Allah's Apostle ordered us to do seven things and forbade us to do other seven. He ordered us:

to follow the funeral procession. to visit the sick, to accept invitations, to help the oppressed, to fulfill the oaths, to return the greeting and to reply to the sneezer: (saying, "May Allah be merciful on you," provided the sneezer says, "All the praises are for Allah,"). He forbade us to use silver utensils and dishes and to wear golden rings, silk (clothes), Dibaj (pure silk cloth), Qissi and Istabraq (two kinds of silk cloths).
