Touchstone statue recovered in Ishwardi

Desk report: Ishwardi railway police recovered a touchstone statue, weighting 26kg worth about Tk 10 crore, from a train at Ishwardi railway station on Wednesday, police said.

The police conducted a drive in the Dhaka-bound Sundarban Express train and recovered the statue at around 7:30pm.

A case was filed with the Ishwardi GRP.

None was arrested in this connection.
